The Producer plays a pivotal role within Red Bull and the Creative Services team, spearheading projects emphasizing photography.
You will serve as the lead for photography-related initiatives across Red Bull, ensuring a seamless fusion of multifunctional content production landscapes while upholding brand consistency.
The Producer identifies opportunities throughout the organization to amplify existing events and shoots, crafting new content with a focus on marketing and brand elevation.
PRODUCTION
Orchestrating on-site photography processes, particularly for large-scale events, activations, and athlete/artist engagements
Directing the production of marketing materials with a keen eye on product focused promotions such as active lifestyle athlete shoots and exclusive product launches
Overseeing cross-departmental shoots that will result multiple deliverables with goals

MARKETING AND MEDIA IDEATION
Collaborating with multiple teams on marketing and athlete shoots to ensure synergy and alignment with brand objectives
Engaging in creative brainstorming sessions with photography colleagues to conceptualize and execute high-concept editorial shoots
Partnering with Regional Communication Managers to conceptualize and execute elevated photo projects that resonate with diverse audiences.

LICENSING AND CLEARANCES
Serving as the primary contact for all US still image licensing needs, meticulously navigating the intricacies of creative rights and permissions
Identifying and curating photographs with intrinsic creative and marketing value, aligning them with overarching brand objectives
Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database to facilitate seamless licensing of photography assets, ensuring efficiency and compliance
SHARING EXPECTATIONS AND PROCESSES
Pioneering innovation in event and athlete/artist photography, pushing boundaries and exploring novel approaches
Providing astute creative and technical feedback to Regional Communication Managers on photography output from events, activations, and shoots, fostering continuous improvement
Championing the dissemination of best practices in photography across the Marketing and Media organization, while collaborating with global counterparts to harmonize overarching photography standards

GLOBAL ALIGNMENT
Communicate with Global Red Bull Photography Team to keep up with best practices around photographer onboarding and maintaining the US Photographer Databa
Become a "US Extension" of the global photography team, ensuring that all global guidelines and practices are met

INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS
Develop scalable photography programs to build regional photographer relationships
Develop industry partnerships (manufacturers, institutes, etc.)
Attendance at industry conferences, workshops, or courses to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices
Continuous learning and professional development in marketing and creative fields
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related creative discipline
Additional certifications or coursework in project management or creative production are beneficial
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively lead teams and communicate with clients
Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams of photographers across projects
Ability to solve problems creatively and make informed decisions under tight deadlines
Strategic thinking to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions
Editorial background/field experience (in the field of photography)
Exceptional collaborative skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
Create and see a project from birth to completion
Manage people and direct photographers and other freelance staff
Broad knowledge of MS Office tools & photography file formats
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge
Real-time knowledge of photography technology, trends, equipment, etc
Knowledge of cameras and photography equipment and an eye for good photography
Ability to organize and curate large amounts of photos
