What to Expect

The industrial engineering program combines technical and business fundamentals. In the Innovation and Product Management profile, the competencies of integrated innovation and product management are taught in a theoretical and practical manner.

The practical training includes intensive work in product management. By connecting marketing, design, and technology with strategic thinking, the successful development of product innovations can be sustainably ensured.

During the practical phases, you will work on the market-oriented development and marketing of Carl Stahl's specific products, such as systems, processes, and custom requests from our customers. These will then be evaluated for technical feasibility and cost.

What We're Looking For

Good general or specialized university entrance qualification (A-levels or technical college)
Excellent knowledge of mathematics and physics
Passion for technology and technical connections
Interest in business processes
Logical and analytical thinking skills
Teamwork and responsibility
Commitment and creativity
Communication and social skills
Excellent English skills (additional language is a plus)
