in the technical medium-sized company in East Westphalia

Our client is a traditional innovator in the field of district heating and cooling and sets standards in the development and production of hydraulic heating and cooling systems. As a pioneer in a dynamic future market, its products are excellently positioned and ready for further growth. With its headquarters in the heart of East Westphalia, the company is not only successful, but also on a clear path of expansion. As part of a short-term succession plan, we are now looking for a qualified executive who will take on the commercial management and help shape the entrepreneurial vision together with the technical managing director.

Your tasks:

Responsible management of all commercial tasks within the company: accounting, controlling, consolidation, liquidity management as well as IT and HR

Responsible handling of all audit and tax issues as well as regulatory tasks and coordination with external consultants, especially the annual audit

Establishment and further development of the reporting system (including associated KPIs) as well as responsibility for and further development of financial risk management
