    Job Title: Front Desk Agent

    • Greet guests warmly, assist with smooth check-in/check-out procedures, and provide details on hotel services and policies.
    • Manage room reservations, verify guest information, assign rooms, and relay special requests to relevant departments.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns to create a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Process payments accurately, handle financial transactions, including cash, and collaborate with the accounting team.
    • Act as a central point of communication, maintain records of guest interactions, and facilitate communication between guests and other hotel departments.
    • Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Efficient multitasking skills
    • Familiarity with hotel management systems and basic computer proficiency
