Job description

Overview:

The Living Room is a private substance abuse treatment provider offering Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) levels of care.

The Living Room is a compassion-based model of recovery.

We offer our clients the opportunity to experience a level of understanding and heart-felt care that combined with evidence based practice is unlike anything currently being offered in the industry.

Our approach aims to educate, heal and empower.

As an owner operated facility, our team is wholly dedicated to living lives of recovery, service and unity, aimed at softening hearts, strengthening bodies and reawakening the minds of our clients.

While accountability and responsibility are the cornerstones of our treatment approach, The Living Room is a shame-free facility.

As recovered alcoholics and addicts ourselves, we recognize the VALUE of the confusion and pain that so often drives addiction.

Every member of our team is a shining example of the beauty that comes from human suffering.

Through our combined experience, both professional and personal, we believe that it is vital for treatment providers to assist their patients in cultivating the courage and compassion necessary for living a meaningful and joyful life.

Too often treatment centers overlook the power of experiential learning and instead rely on the sharing of information alone.

The living room is first and foremost a life changing experience for our staff and clients equally; a living and breathing organism that like all things will change with time.

Our full range of therapeutic services are available to participants of all programs, including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, substance abuse counseling, meditation, yoga, exercise and nutritional coaching.

All services are rooted in the compassion-based model of behavior change that Dr Leming has developed over the course of his 30 year career.

We are confident that this will help keep our patients engaged in the treatment and recovery process and significantly improve patient retention and overall patient outcomes.

We are looking for a Clinical Director that is excited to create, organize and oversee our clinical program.

The Clinical Director will be responsible for building our clinical program in concert with Dr Leming from the ground up, willing to learn with and from him.

The Clinical Director will utilize their expertise and passion to help bring our vision to life.

The Clinical Director must possess excellent management, leadership and mentoring skills, combined with creativity and a genuine curiosity for the experience of life.

We are looking for someone who is an outstanding communicator and problem solver, approaching both with compassion, a curious mind and an open heart.

We require a deep respect for policies and ethics and are looking for a leader that can inspire that in others.
