Tasks:

  • Ensuring the smooth condition of technical systems in the properties through proactive repairs and maintenance according to current regulations
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs of building and electronic systems, including troubleshooting
  • Independent resolution of malfunctions and optimization of operations in the properties
  • Independent testing of portable and stationary systems according to DGUV regulation 3
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices

Your profile:

  • Technical education, e.g. as an electrician / energy systems electrician / specializing in industrial technology / energy and building technology and automation and system technology or electrical installer / plant mechanic / industrial mechanic or similar
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • Ideally with some professional experience, but also open to entry-level candidates
