Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the manufacturing team, including selecting, training, and motivating employees.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the entire production process of printed circuit boards to ensure efficient production and compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards in the manufacturing facility.
  • Planning and monitoring production capacity to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Implementing Lean and Six Sigma methods for continuous process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and purchasing to achieve production goals and solve production issues.
  • Managing resources such as personnel, machinery, and materials to ensure efficient and costeffective production.
  • Analyzing production data and creating reports for performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field. Additional qualifications in business or leadership are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing manufacturing operations (high mix, low volume), ideally in printed circuit board production.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and Lean methods.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Indepth understanding of safety and environmental standards in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with production planning and ERP systems
