Handling of cases, primarily in the areas of commercial tenancy law, private construction law (including all ancillary construction laws), as well as building planning and building code law
Adjustment or updating and further development of legal documents in cooperation with colleagues from other departments
Support and solution-oriented advice for our management and specialist departments
Assumption of strategic legal tasks for the management
Support of the operational business

Your Passion for Real Estate

Successfully completed degree in law (1st state examination, preferably 2nd state examination)
Professional experience is an advantage
Solution-oriented, economic thinking as well as flexibility and communication skills
Confident appearance and assertiveness
Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
