The Position:

  • Supporting and advising executives and employees on all personnelrelated matters
  • Providing the full range of modern human resource management as an HR generalist
  • Close collaboration with executives and committees
  • Actively participating in various HR projects
  • Supporting leadership and personnel development, employer branding, digitalization, and organizational development
  • Experienced HR professionals will find a diverse role with high opportunities for shaping and further development

Your Profile:

  • Degree in business administration, law, or social sciences with a focus on human resources
  • Alternatively, commercial training with further education as a certified personnel specialist
  • Several years of generalist work experience in the HR department of a mediumsized company
  • Extensive project experience, including the development of modern HR tools
  • Experience in managing ongoing HR and crossdepartmental projects
  • Expertise in the daytoday operations of a modern HR department
