    Job Summary:The Marketing Assistant role involves providing essential administrative support to the marketing team, including research, data analysis, supply management, event coordination, mailings, and more


    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications essential- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent communication abilities- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks- Previous marketing or administrative experience advantageous
    Responsibilities:- Research, compile, and analyze data for projects and reports- Develop lists of potential clients in marketing territories- Monitor and replenish sales supplies and displays- Independently draft correspondence- Manage mass mailings and mail merges- Monitor industry websites for event updates- Assist in client gift preparations- Coordinate travel for executives- Prepare meeting materials and presentations- Update sales performance reports and client databases- Handle errands and assigned tasks

    Salary Range:
    $17 - $20 per hour based on experience
