Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team.

The Physical Therapy Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to help patients recover from injuries and regain mobility.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in carrying out treatment plans as directed by the physical therapist
Help patients with exercises and stretches to improve strength and flexibility
Monitor and report on patient progress during therapy sessions
Educate patients on proper techniques for athome exercises
Maintain a clean and organized therapy area

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
Certification or licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of basic physical therapy principles
CPR certification
