The Land Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for running proformas for new land opportunities and coordinating with internal and external consultants to prepare market analysis, due diligence and feasibility reports.

This role is located at our Empire Division Office in Houston, TX or Austin, TX.


What We Are Looking For:


  • A bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, economics, urban planning, or other related field
  • Must have residential land acquisition experience with singlefamily projects
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

What You'll Be Doing Each Day

  • Assist in the preparation of financial proformas, cash flow projections and financial modeling to evaluate land deals.
  • Act as the lead in due diligence efforts for potential land acquisitions; preparing feasibility studies, and budgets.
  • Assist with sales and market research by preparing competitive market analysis graphs and reports.
  • Coordinate with counsel, architects, brokers and consultants in the acquisition efforts.
