About the Role:

This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Marketing

This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based out of Dr. Squatch HQ in Marina del Rey, CA. The anticipated hybrid schedule for the role is three days per week at Dr.

Squatch HQ, but you'll want to be there more frequently with the healthy (and tasty) snacks and variety of coffee options.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute lifecycle communications marketing calendar.
Manage lifecycle workflow deadlines, series outlines, QA, and targeting setup.
Build automation and triggered workflows that will help with engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Partner with crossfunctional teams to meet deadlines.
Analyze campaign results and share monthly performance reports, understanding approaches that worked well and opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with other teams to complete ad hoc requests consumer insights, retail, wholesale, and Amazon.
Guide daytoday operations for the Lifecycle Marketing team.

About You:

Must be highly detailoriented and possess the ability to execute with mínimal direction
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, collaborative environment
Very strong problemsolving skills with a technical mindset
Ability to manage multiple deadlineoriented projects concurrently
Excellent communication skills
Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
Someone who gets things done without perfect resources, is innovative, and works with a sense of urgency
Someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
