Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise all food and beverage staff, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
• Create and maintain menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food and beverage supplies
• Coordinate catering events, including menu planning, setup, and execution
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide training opportunities
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff members
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering or restaurant management is required
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proficient in bartending techniques and drink preparation
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of banquet operations is preferred
