I am currently representing a boutique management consultancy that specializes in digital strategy and transaction advisory. They are expanding their presence in the German market and are seeking a Director to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial and digital due diligence, with experience in top-tier strategy firms.

Role Expectations

Lead and oversee the entire process of commercial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific business challenges and objectives.
Evaluate potential acquisitions and investments, identifying risks and opportunities.
Manage and mentor a team of consultants.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.

Key Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a focus on commercial and digital due diligence.
Strong understanding of commercial due diligence processes and methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex diligence projects.
Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
