As we continue to grow, we are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) 1st & 2nd Level Support to join our team in Cologne on a full-time basis (38 hours/week) at the earliest possible date.

Our IT department has been in an agile transition for 2 years and serves as an internal service provider for the PKV Association and its four subsidiary companies in Cologne. The IT support team assists over 1,000 employees in the office and field with all IT-related questions - always personally, whether by phone, ticket or email.
