The line cook role at Georgia Blue is all about preparing food exactly as the chef and guests want it. At our restaurant, making sure our guests are happy revolves around how the food looks, the quality, and the whole dining experience. As a line cook with us, you'll be in charge of cooking meats, fish, veggies, soups, and more accurately and efficiently. You'll also prep and portion food before cooking, plate and garnish items, and help with cleaning duties.
