Rehabilitation and expansion of a chalet in La Berzosa (Hoyo de Manzanares), West Point, KY
I have a budget prepared by the surveyor Pedro Rafael de la Peña (measurements in Excel and PDF format) and the project's memory and plans for the rehabilitation of the chalet in La Berzosa, created by architects Ramón Montoya and Fernando del Rio. The architects' report has been presented to the Hoyo de Manzanares City Council and all taxes have been paid. We are currently waiting for the building permit. We estimate that the part of the project that does not involve structural changes can be carried out through a voluntary declaration or similar process.
