As a member of the billing team, you play a critical role in the company's success. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will lead to your success. Daily coordination with our field production team on active job. Generate timely and accurate invoices on completed jobs.

Qualifications

Proficient with use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Must be able to read and write fluently in English.
Strong organizational, oral and written communication and proven customer service skills required.
Experience in the construction or restoration trades preferred but not required.
Experience in Xactimate billing and invoicing, preferred but not required.
Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with mínimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Creating an average of 2030 invoices a week once projects are completed utilizing industry software.
Provide support to Claims Department.
Support with current inbound calls with existing claims.
Support emergency services phone after hours on a rotational basis.
