To support our Customer Success team, we are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) who is bilingual (German & French). The position can preferably be based in Munich (working hours between 5-20 hours per week).

Ocumeda is a teleophthalmology startup that offers easy and quick eye check-ups in collaboration with opticians, nursing homes, and companies.

We prevent vision loss and blindness through simple and fast eye check-ups. With our highly standardized teleophthalmological evaluation, we provide the best possible medical quality - regardless of location.

Your diverse tasks

Active support of our Customer Success team in the care of our German and French-speaking customers.
Responding to customer inquiries via email in our ticket system, occasional communication via phone to support our customers in scheduling doctor appointments.
Assisting in the analysis and optimization of customer processes and experiences to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Insights and support in the strategic expansion of our partnership network.
