Base salary ($50k - $60k, based on experience) + uncapped commission.

Responsibilities
Obtain new customer accounts and manage and grow assigned customer accounts by developing and growing relationships, serving as the point of contact for escalation issues, creating solutions using Amino's resources, increasing gross profit $, and obtaining new lanes/locations.
Prospect and identify new opportunities for pursuit and growth through face-to-face, phone, and virtual meetings.Provide customers with updates on loads.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support customer needs and operations.
Prepare and implement SOP/SLA for new and existing customers.
Communicate weekly with ALL assigned accounts.
Solicit feedback from the customers regarding performance
Support day-to-day operational escalations.
Collaborate with the Pricing Department on RFPs.
Assign tasks/delegate workload to team.
Work with team to solicit feedback from new and existing carriers on rates and available capacity.
Utilize Salesforce in accordance with company policy and expectations.
Maintain a positive team work environment by fostering positive relationships amongst the team.
Perform other duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and follow-thru abilities.
Proactive problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
Strong work ethic with team mentality.
Reporting to our Dallas office with normal working hours of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST Monday Friday.
