Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage cash transactions using POS systems and cash registers
- Maintain and organize stock levels on the sales floor
- Assist with employee orientation, recruiting, and interviewing processes
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
- Experience in stock management is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
