Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage cash transactions using POS systems and cash registers
  • Maintain and organize stock levels on the sales floor
  • Assist with employee orientation, recruiting, and interviewing processes
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or retail environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
  • Experience in stock management is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

Pay:
$ $16.50 per hour
