Change of course: New job, new team, new living project:

We are currently looking for a Health and Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) for night shifts in our new living project in Hummelsbüttel, either part-time or full-time, starting as soon as possible.

The Rauhe Haus is a diaconal organization. We are close to the people. We base our actions on the values of social work and diaconia. We are committed to innovative developments.

The social psychiatry department supports people with mental illnesses. In our newly built residential building in Hummelsbüttel, 10 people are cared for in the protected area and an additional 24 people in open living groups. Our interdisciplinary team consisting of social workers, nursing professionals, occupational therapists, and assistants work across both areas. We look forward to your support.

Your tasks

· You support people with mental illnesses in their living environment and are available as a contact person.

· You support clients in perceiving and coping with crises.

· You take on basic and treatment care, including medication administration.

· You regularly participate in handovers and, at longer intervals, in team meetings and supervision.

· You work mostly at night.
