Retail Event Sales Representative
Responsibilities:


  • Making the initial contact with consumers to add services and ensure all final questions are answered as clear and concise as possible before closing sales
  • Creating an environment that cares for the team's overall achievement and celebrates every successful milestone
  • Promoting an environment encompassing mutual respect and trust between the Retail Event Sales Representative and Management team and other departments
  • Assisting individuals in understanding our client's brands and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs and achieve sales goals
  • Responding to customer sales inquiries with compassion and active listening, and select the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identifying additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products, inform them of sales promotions, or additional services

Minimum Qualifications We Look Out For In A Retail Event Sales Representative:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency is ideal
  • Prior background in customer service, sales, retail, customer support, or other relevant fields are an added bonus
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Charismatic, charming, and courteous demeanor with customers and fellow employees on the
  • Approachable and friendly with the ability to close any sale that presents itself

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
