    Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, unique items at our gift shop Brio, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.

    Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Guest Service Manager/Hotel Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. This candidate must have excellent communication skills and ability to assist in leading a team. Previous hotel and supervisor experience is a must.

    • Guest Services Manager/Hotel Manager
    Responsibilities Specific to Guest Services Supervisor
    • Possess and live Europa Village core values.
    • Responsible for the daily operations of the Bolero Casitas and the INN.
    • Ensures all guests are received and greeted properly.
    • Assists in the check in and check out processes to ensure that the process is flawless.
    • Makes reservations for guests over the telephone or in person.
    • Responsible for the correct handling of groups - arrivals, luggage, account instructions, departures and adequate staffing for groups.
    • Acts as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding events throughout the property, including the Tasting Rooms and restaurant.
    • Ensures that the Accommodations team is always aware of room availability.
    • Works closely with the Room Attendants to ensure rooms are ready for the arriving guests.
    • Ability to handle guest complaints and recognize when upper management should be called upon to assist.
    • Aware of special promotions within the hotel, restaurant, retail shops and Tasting Rooms.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Expectations of the Guest Services Supervisor
    • Create and foster an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought.
    • Be comfortable working on feet for long periods of time.
    • Be able to communicate Europa Village's story.
    • Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
    • Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed uniform and appropriate slacks, stockings and shoes.
    • Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.
    • Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.
    • Be hospitable, welcoming, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
    • Has an eye for attention to detail.
    • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
