Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Service Advisor to join our team.

As an Internal Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal service program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services to the internal management team
• Schedule and manage any work on vehicles that may leave the dealership
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Explain recommended services to internal Team and address any questions or concerns
• Update Sales/Used car department on all status of all incoming vehicles into shop
• Maintain an organized system of delegation of all used vehicles from start to finish
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service process with other internal employees and technicians

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Internal Service Advisor or in automotive service department preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problemsolving abilities
• Ability to organize multiple vehicles at once
• Proficient computer skills, knowledge of using CDK/ X-Time is strongly favored
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$ $19.50 per hour
