Position Description Summary/Purpose:


Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates all enrollment activities for students pursuing enrollment into the University
  • Provides appropriate follow up and follow through with prospective students from point of inquiry through enrollment
  • Assesses student need, and presents information as to why and how the University may benefit a student's personal, academic and professional goals
  • Execute weekend tours and information sessions independently; participates in open houses, accepted student day events, as well as other inperson or virtual events
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes some weekday evenings and Saturdays
  • Contributes to strategic yield initiatives; ability to develop ideas and execute
  • Conducts all work in a safe manner and all work safety practices are followed

Other Functions:


  • Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation dictates.
  • Continues professional development and training; keeps current with trends.
  • Assists other department staff as needed to promote a team effort.

Minimum Required Qualifications:


Education, Training and Experience:
The qualifications required would generally be acquired with the following or any equivalent combination of education, work experience and training:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 months of experience in admissions, customer service, or sales preferred but not required

Special Requirements:

  • Valid license & insured vehicle
