Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Business or computer/Information Sciences OR an equivalent level of professional experience required.
Five years industry related experience in IT/Clinical setting or within applicable area in healthcare operations.
Prior experience in EMR implementations is required.
Strong computer skills including Windows, Exchange/Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project.
Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
Familiar with CMS, HIPPA regulations regarding meaningful use requirements and attestations.
Ability to manage more than one project at the same time, and communicate with all stakeholders involved in a timely manner.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Epic and have very strong building skills.
Nurse experience preferred.
Five years' experience in support of Epic, implementations and/or upgrades.
Ability to communicate tactfully and work effectively with patients, physicians, vendors and System staff at all levels.
Capable to lead and work well in a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
Familiar with CMS, HIPPA regulations regarding meaningful use requirements and attestations.
Ability to manage more than one project at the same time and communicate with all stakeholder involved in a timely manner. Strong motivation and team skills.
Excellent understanding of the terminology, functional knowledge, business processes and issues related to using computer systems in Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology Laboratory and other ancillary clinical services required.
Experience in business information system management in an acute or ambulatory care setting preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is _$97,115.20 to $131,102.40_ on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure._
