SALARY:
$21.98 Hourly
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Resident Aide/Intake Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting clients at the Sanctuary facility, providing necessary assessments and services to support their well-being.

This is a 24-hour facility. The Resident Aide/Intake Coordinator is essential and committed to delivering critical services, even during challenging circumstances like severe weather, pandemics, civil unrest, or internal threats.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interviews and assesses incoming clients
  • Provides facility tour and welcome packet
  • Manages client case effectively
  • Supports self-sufficiency while offering necessary assistance
  • Maintains accurate client records
  • Communicates effectively with social service team members
  • Assists with various tasks to meet clients' basic needs
  • Manages food service area and meal delivery
  • Coordinates client activities and transports
  • Ensures timely phone coverage and accurate information dissemination
  • Carries out assigned duties as per management's direction

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 2 years in human services preferred
  • Experience in various related issues
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to build positive relationships
  • Awareness of diversity and social justice
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual English/Spanish mandatory
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Crisis intervention skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA
  • Willingness to engage in further education
  • Sensitivity to diversity and social justice issues
Pay:
Up to $21.98 per hour
