Are you a people person with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor? We're seeking an energetic receptionist to join our dynamic team In this role, you'll be the face of our company, welcoming guests and ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As a receptionist, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service abilities by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Warmly greet and welcome guests, providing a positive first impression of our company
Efficiently manage incoming calls, answering queries, and routing calls to the relevant departments
Coordinate with the sales and service teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
Schedule and confirm sales appointments, ensuring accurate and organized calendars
Assist with various office tasks, including typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Scan and upload documents as needed, ensuring proper organization and accessibility

Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional appearance and presentation, representing our brand positively
Flexibility to work afternoon/night/weekend shifts as needed
Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to attendance
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
