- Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using computer hardware and software
- Proficiency in Xactimate
- Negotiate project scope and estimate approval
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources for active projects
- Review job site documentation and ensure client requirements are met
- Maintain communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
- Manage production expenses, equipment, vehicles, and material assets
- Manage customer experience and satisfaction
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training teammates
- Travel with storm team when required
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Work at heights and in tight spaces
- Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Work with cleaning agents
- Pass a background check
- Salary range $50k to $65k plus commission/bonus structure
