    Job Description:
    The Jonus Group is seeking a skilled California Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our TPA client's dynamic team.

    As a key member of their Claims Department, you will be responsible for managing and investigating California workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and fair resolutions for all parties involved.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Evaluate and process California workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
    Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
    Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
    Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
    Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred, but will accept years of experience
    3+ years of experience as a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster handling California Indemnity claims
    CA certification required; SIP license a plus
    Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws, regulations, and industry practices.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Proficient in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Compensation:
    $80,000 - $100,000/year based on experience
    Annual bonus potential based on individual performance and company performance
