What to expect

  • As a software developer, you will work with an agile technology stack consisting of Git, Bitbucket, Microservices, Spring Boot, RESTful, HTML5, Jenkins, Artifactory, Gradle, and Docker
  • In a dynamic environment, you will develop creative software solutions that will take our IT to the next level and significantly advance us on our path to becoming a smart insurer
  • Specifically, you will design solutions for our self-developed application system in the field of health insurance and its associated subsystems
  • You will work closely with the departments and users of ARAG Krankenversicherungs-AG, based in Munich - together, you will establish well-thought-out digital processes
  • In general, we rely on your professional input in the digitalization of our processes - so that we are well positioned for the future

What you bring

  • Relevant professional experience in software development with C++ (possibly also Java)
  • Experience with agile project management methods such as Scrum and Kanban
  • A plus: knowledge of relational databases and applications from our technology stack mentioned above
  • Enjoyment in creatively solving challenging IT tasks
