What can you expect?

  • You will take on personnel management responsibility and ensure optimal use of human resources
  • You will create substitute planning, conduct team salary evaluations, hold employee meetings and evaluations, train new employees, and conduct shift meetings
  • You will minimize downtime during maintenance or technical malfunctions, meet quality and economic targets, and be responsible for the operation of the corrugated cardboard plant
  • You will communicate and coordinate with sales, administration, and logistics, while adhering to occupational safety and hygiene regulations for employees
  • You will prevent hazards during commissioning, maintenance, repair, and downtime

What should you bring?

  • You have completed training in a technical profession, ideally as a plant operator (m/f/d)
  • You ideally have good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • You have leadership skills, are independent and responsible
  • You are flexible and a team player
