Responsibilities:


  • Conduct quality checks by calling customers from previous day
  • Schedule maintenance visits by contacting customers
  • Reach out to customers with promotional offers
  • Follow up on both positive and negative reviews
  • Handle general inbound customer service inquiries

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service
