Position Summary

We are seeking a driven and analytical Senior Analyst to join the Customer Vertical Finance team.

In this highly visible role, you will support strategic financial analysis and surveille clients within the Employer segment with an emphasis on understanding performance drivers and delivering actionable insights.

Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

Analyze segment and client performance drivers by Channel and Line of Business
Partner with the team to identify margin optimization opportunities
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and financial models to enhance visibility into key business trends
Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and business case development

This role will operate within the PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) unit of CVS Health.

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience working in finance or a related field (e.g., accounting, finance, analytics)
2 years of experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Financial planning and analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc.)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-pace, evolving environment
Experience in Healthcare / PBM

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other quantitatively oriented fields; accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$46, $122,400.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
