Overview
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and follow up on them.
- Develop relationships with clients and understand their needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and management.
- Attend trade shows and events.
- Prepare reports on sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales
- Solar sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical products.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of sales tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to do door todoor selling and direct marketing.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Driver's License (required)
