Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Public Relations Intern to join our team.

As a Public Relations Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage both internal and public-facing social media channels for ServBeyond.

You will work closely with the company leaders to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create engaging and creative content for ServBeyond's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, SharePoint, and others, as needed.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, messages, and comments, and work with the leadership team to respond promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and assets for social media posts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to promote ServBeyond's initiatives, events, and announcements.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaigns' success and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide support for internal communications initiatives, including drafting newsletters, memos, and other materials as needed.
  • Stay uptodate on industry best practices and emerging social media and public relations trends.

Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for personal or professional purposes.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Passion for social media and staying current with the latest trends and technologies.
