    Job Title: General Manager


    As the General Manager at USS, you will play a pivotal role in leading, optimizing, and expanding our business in designated regions (Inland Empire/Orange County/San Diego).

    This dynamic position involves full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, driving sales and operational strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.

    Collaborating with Regional Vice Presidents, Operations Managers/Supervisors, and sales leaders, you will work towards surpassing growth goals with complete P&L accountability.

    We are seeking a forward-thinking candidate capable of navigating organizational changes and challenges with finesse.




    Main Responsibilities

    • Lead a high-performing team of operations and sales professionals to exceed set targets and thrive in the designated region.
    • Develop a strategic plan focused on maximizing growth and productivity aligned with USS's overall expansion strategy.
    • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth through the establishment of new partnerships.
    • Uphold USS's standards of excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the team.
    • Oversee daily operations, set performance objectives, and ensure their attainment.
    • Supervise sales and operational activities at assigned locations.
    • Propose enhancements to operational processes and customer care standards.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer service issues.
    • Analyze and report on sales and operational performance to meet set targets and profitability objectives.
    • Work closely with Regional Senior Vice Presidents to establish and implement best practices and improve operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
    • Manage the company's safety program administration.
    • Drive employee development programs, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional advancement.
    • Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment promoting mutual respect, open communication, and teamwork.
    • Undertake additional duties as required, showcasing adaptability and versatility in addressing evolving organizational needs.
    • Perform any other assigned tasks.

    Qualifications

    • EDUCATION
      Minimum: 4-Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • EXPERIENCE
      Minimum Years: 7 years of related experience.

    • Regular crouching and squatting activities.
    • Horizontal pushing and pulling up to 100lbs frequently.

    Salary Offer
    $125,000 to $250,000 per year.

    United Site Services offers salary ranges reflecting the minimum and maximum base pay for positions throughout the United States.

    Individual compensation is determined based on location, relevant skills, experience, education, and certifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package included with base pay.
