Planned Development Services (PDS) is an HOA Community Management Company. PDS has been in business since 1995 and is located in Glendale, AZ. PDS offers exceptional service to their customers that call in or walk through the front door.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be working together with a team of others and will be performing the following functions:

Responsibilities include:_

  • Answer heavy volume of incoming calls. You will speak with homeowners, listen to their concerns, provide guidance and find solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and assist walk in customers and vendors with a smile and a helpful attitude.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers while being solution oriented.
  • Work on a variety of administrative tasks in between phone calls, such as, open and sort incoming mail, scan documents, accept deliveries.

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:


  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in an office environment
  • Minimum of 2 years assisting customers over the phone
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Master of conflict resolution
  • Able to work at a fast pace
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
