Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Handle general ledger accounting tasks
- Utilize Quick books Online for bookkeeping purposes
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Familiarity with clerical functions such as data entry and record maintenance
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Sage accounting software
- Knowledge of budgeting processes
- Previous experience in bank reconciliation
- Familiarity with payroll procedures
