    As a

    data analyst mid or senior


    on the Customer Experience Expansion team, you'll support efforts to give customers more choice by growing Progressive's multi-carrier acquisition and servicing model.

    In this role, you'll partner with process consultants, data scientists, and technology developers to identify, quantify, and A/B test innovative opportunities to improve our multi-carrier servicing experience.

    You'll also create and refine key performance indicators for processes and systems to ensure progress against business and quality outcomes.

    This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
    Must-have qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience
    Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
    Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience
    This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates
    Preferred skills
    Strong proficiency in SQL, experience in data manipulation tools such as SAS, Snowflake, and R, and proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
    Proven ability to use advanced analytics to find meaning in data and generate insights that support decision-making
    Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
    Strong data management skills, with the ability to consolidate data from large, disparate data sources
    Experience with A/B testing frameworks and the ability to think through test implementation, measurement, and monitoring/analysis
    Compensation
    $63,800-$102,800/year
    Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
    401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6%
