- Provide expert legal counsel and strategic advice to corporate clients on a wide range of tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, audits, and disputes.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure accurate and timely advice and representation.
- Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to optimize our clients' financial position and minimize tax liabilities.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the legal team and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions that meet our clients' business objectives.
- Represent clients in tax-related proceedings, including negotiations with tax authorities, administrative appeals, and litigation, as necessary.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of Missouri.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate tax, ideally gained within a large law firm setting or in-house.
