Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients or menu items).
Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing a POS system efficiently.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our standards.
Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring adequate supplies.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
Upsell additional products when appropriate and contribute to overall revenue goals.
Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese or a strong passion for Chinese culture.
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and service standards.
