Job Description

Receptionists are no longer only found in law offices or large companies performing traditional office tasks, they are increasingly being used in and for the security sector


The following tasks are part of the job:

  • Providing information to visitors
  • Ensuring deescalation in case of incidents
  • Exercising house rules
  • Patrols
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Answering phone calls
Qualifications

  • Current certificate of good conduct without relevant entries
  • Friendly and confident demeanor
  • Wellgroomed appearance
  • Serviceoriented approach
