Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) E-Commerce Gearparts GmbH is a renowned internet retailer specializing in parts for small motorcycles up to 50cc and 125cc.

Located in Hofheim am Taunus (between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main), we operate a warehouse of over square meters, where we store and ship a wide range of products.

To support our constantly growing company, we are looking for a competent and experienced Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) to lead and develop our team of 6 dedicated employees.

Your responsibilities Planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse processes Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Continuous process optimization in the warehouse area Leading and developing warehouse employees Picking, packaging, and shipping goods Receiving and inspecting incoming goods Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations What you bring Several years of experience in warehouse management, ideally in a leadership role Completed vocational training Strong leadership skills and teamwork abilities Structured, organized, and independent work ethic Willingness to be hands-on Friendly demeanor, open and communicative Good German language skills, both written and spoken Knowledge of the motorcycle industry is a plus Forklift license desirable Good PC and Office skills What we offer Attractive salary 30 days of vacation Performance-based bonus Permanent employment Interesting and diverse tasks in a growing company with a great team spirit Structured training Regular working hours from Monday to Friday (no shift work) Monthly Edenred vouchers worth 50€ Two team events per year Job bike (upon request
