Job Type:

Full-Time - (Flexible) Manage your time efficiently throughout the week, there will be some evenings and weekends - Hybrid (Office, Onsite, Home).

Salary:
$45 - $57

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage masonry projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to plan and execute masonry work efficiently.
Supervise masonry crews, allocate tasks, and provide guidance to ensure effective and timely project completion.
Inspect and evaluate job sites regularly to maintain highquality workmanship and address any issues or discrepancies.
Monitor material inventory, equipment usage, and resource allocation for optimal project execution.
Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the masonry/construction industry.
Extensive knowledge and proficiency in masonry techniques, materials, and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
Commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring a safe working environment for all.

Requirements:

Depth of knowledge in: Concrete (Commercial work - new construction and repair work,, masonry (brick,block,stone), demo, grading, excavation, time, labor, materials, ADA, Retaining Walls, Masonry, Excavation, Grading, Stamped Concrete, etc.
