DUTIES & SCOPE:

  • Interpret single line diagrams and electrical drawings.
  • Regular field site visits with a possibility to be stationed on a project site.
  • Work with the VDC Coordinators and VDC Manager personnel to understand installation means and methods.
  • Provide top service to our Operations teams with consistent and concise communication.
  • VDC modeling of electrical systems (lighting, gear, pathways).
  • Creation of shop drawings to provide to the field.
  • Work under the direction of a VDC Coordinator or VDC Manager.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Adhere to VDC project workflow criteria and content standards.
  • Leverage VDC software and tools as a methodology to coordinate between disciplines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Autodesk production software (Revit, Navisworks, APL, BIM 360)
  • Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or field experience preferred.
  • Dedication to learning, expanding knowledge and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent oral, prioritization and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving, acceptance of responsibility, and work ethic.
  • Motivation to complete tasks on time and on budget.
  • Must successfully pass a background/drug screen.
