- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to transform technical information into well-structured, approvable documents.
- Write and edit a variety of technical materials such as articles, reports, manuals, flowcharts, and GMP operations and validation documentation.
- Develop presentations, charts, diagrams, graphics, and research documents.
- Create test scripts for software and systems.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and accuracy checks.
- Contribute to the assembly of validation package documents for GMP libraries.
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
- Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical information.
- Expertise in Quality Systems compliance and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience with software validation and documenting software development processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced knowledge of Quality Assurance principles.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and willingness to perform basic testing procedures (minimum 1 month experience).
- Experience with Microsoft Visio (minimum 3+ months).
- Knowledge of middleware applications (minimum 2+ months).
