Experienced Technical Writer Opportunity

Education And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, performance technology, or quantitative discipline (i.e., Sciences, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Sciences).

Skills And Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, good judgment, and adeptness at managing complexity.
Ability to establish and nurture solid business relationships.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Capability to work effectively in an international matrix environment with cross-functional teams across various time zones.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with learning/document management systems such as SuccessFactors, Veeva Vault, or similar platforms.
Possession of Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification.
Understanding or experience in a regulated environment.
Proven record of success in collaborative environments, building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in scoping and leading projects.
Track record of influencing without formal authority.
Strong problem-solving skills for addressing business and organizational challenges.
